What should I do if FAQs didn't help me to understand this game?
Register and log in. For some features you'll have to see them yourself to understand what they exactly are (like Animal Racing...). Lots of pages have built-in tutorials which are by far easier to understand than these FAQs.

Which language can suggestions be submitted in?
English, French, Chinese, Japanese, German... If we don't understand something, we'll have to leave your messages at Google Translator's mercy, sorry. English is the preferred language though, even though we're not native English speakers.
What should I do if I want to support this game?
Hmm, we need about $10 million to make Estiah into a real MMORPG, hope you know someone who is willing to invest that much to make our dreams come true. Sorry, jokes aside (not the part about our dreams), we'll need your help when the time comes (like the server becomes too costly), but as for now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the game.
What should I do if I find a bug?
Our forum has a board for bug reporting. You can also use private message in forum or send us an email if you think it's really important (like security hole on our server or in game exploits). We did our best to make this game, but every human makes mistakes.
Really? I thought you were bubble bears. What are they by the way?
Bubble bears are a rare (now extinct) species. They are basically very aggressive furbolgs armed with protovoltaic magneto collectors, they come in two flavors: malicious shadow-casting warlock or emotional berserk dual-wielding warrior. And they are faithful followers of the Bunny God.
